With the Just-In-Time system arrangements we helped our clients to synchronize the Seat delivery schedules with the Vehicle production of OEMs.

Projects synopsis :

  • Storage of 40 Seat assemblies in two (2) levels
  • Seat assemblies are stored on pallets in both levels on Gravity conveyors
  • Storage locations are memorized in the PLC SCADA / MES against a Bar code/ RFID available on each pallet
  • As per the Dispatch order received from OEM, system will automatically retrieve and deliver the material in the required sequence
  • Stacker crane with Forking arrangement will lift the Seat assembly and deliver directly into the OEM’s dispatch truck
  • Empty pallets received from truck will go back to the Seat assembly area for loading new Seat assemblies
